Once order is received, you will receive an email from orders@preneurstudios.com when your order has been confirmed. We will ship it to you as soon as possible. All packages are processed for shipping within 2-4 business days of your purchase date. Estimated delivery is to be used solely as a guide. If product is not received within 3 weeks of original date of purchase please notify us at support@preneurstudios.com.

All U.S. orders are shipped via Fedex Ground Home Delivery to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Day-definite delivery in 1–5 business days based on distance to destination. Delivery between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday–Saturday. 

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via Fedex Ground Home Delivery rate. Day-definite delivery in 3–7 business days based on distance to destination. Delivery by end of business day.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined. International orders are currently unavailable.

Preneur Studios does not offer exchanges or returns on any product unless wrong product is sent or product is damaged. All Sales are final. For questions regarding your order please contact us at support@preneurstudios.com.

What items are returnable?

  • Items delivered within 30 days.

  • All tags attached.

  • Package intact.

  • Unused products.

  • Item is within 30 days of purchase.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

  • Collaborative apparel releases.
